My experience is in progress a car for three months from the purchase and for a change of a wheel there is no wheel nor do you provide me with any solution so you tell me that the wheel is requested while the car is in the workshop that is the solution 20 calls on the phone or take it from me or anything like if they would like not to have at least the courtesy of calling me on the phone and giving me the explanation that seems like a service disaster to recommend buying a Mercedes Benz I hope there is a responsible for mercedes benz has at least the responsibility of giving me an explanation I will send a complaint to customer service and where to put it. my name jose luis madrid. is the first time after buying 38 cars in different car brands and neither Imagine that in a mercedes benz dealership they had that disastrous service. a shame. waiting for your news I hope they solve it for me and the next review is more cordial but today the anger can not be m ayor. and I hope I have to apologize for this review, a greeting thank you very much for your attention and for providing me with the solution to what I saw as a problem, all from autokrator a ten for your services and your attention, thank you very much and all perfect a Greeting Jose Luis Madrid.

My experience is TOTALLY NEGATIVE in their workshops. The deal leaves a lot to be desired. I sent a claim to the brand and they haven't even called me, you'll see how soon they will call me when they read the opinion here ... I hope they improve all the details if they want to win or at least keep customers. UPDATE: I already sent you an email with my phone on Tuesday as you asked me here and on Facebook, and you still have not contacted me, it gives reason to think that it is merely an excuse to look good on social networks 👍🏻
