The treatment they give you is terrible. They do not take calls. I went in search of a public defender, they give me an appointment and when I go they inform me badly. I leave the court, to process all the documentation and when I get it all they tell me that I do not have anything that in theory I should have to make a change of surname. When I go to the civil registry they tell me completely the opposite of what the lawyer told me. And instead of making things easier for me and helping me, I get caught by a completely unpleasant person. Not only does she not feel like working, but I also told her to write me down with all the steps to follow and she denied me because according to her she was telling me and I was supposed to memorize everything she was dictating to me .
