Very poor quality in both mattresses and canapes, and I'm not talking about the cheapest they have on offer, but the ones that are supposedly of "better" price and quality. We have had a terrible experience with them from the beginning, and that that we bought two couches and two mattresses. They have brought us a smaller measure than we had asked for in one of the mattresses and another sofa model that came much lower in height, the couches both came with spiders and of poor quality. I have had to wait two weeks until the mattress that I had actually ordered was delivered. Three months have passed and the couches are creaking louder and louder, as if they were the oldest beds, the child's mattress is sagging. To the claim that I made, they answered that it was due to misuse and that they could not do anything, although they give you a guarantee when buying. Very low level of customer service, in general!
