Excellent attention and kindness. With great patience they have explained the procedures to follow and they have made everything easier for me. To put one downside: a poorly located place with little signage for being from the Community of Madrid.

This morning my husband and I have gone and a very nice brunette girl attended to us, who informed us of everything trying hard because we would understand it, thankfully there are still friendly officials and wanting to work.
