The idea is fine but it is very small, it looks like a boxing ring more than a park. As it is so small, in addition to the fact that dogs cannot run, a lot of feet also accumulate in a small space and causes a fairly intense smell of urine to be generated throughout the area. Nor does it usually have bags to collect excrement.
