I usually go for my father's chronic medication because it is the closest one and, regretting it, I agree with most of the negative opinions (physical criticism aside). It makes me hurry because Beatriz and her father seem nice to me, but the employees (I'm talking about the veterans because I don't know the new ones), are very unfriendly and it's true that some of them are especially edge.

Unfortunately, after two days held incommunicado by the snowfall, they close at 5:00 p.m., the only pharmacy in Parla Este should be on GUARDIA and on top of that, people who had been waiting in the street for more than a quarter of an hour, at 5:00 p.m. closed and they have not wanted to attend to him, without going out to warn previously that they were going to close, their treatment always leaves much to be desired, also in this specific case it seems to me of very little solidarity ...

I want to thank the staff who work in this pharmacy for being at the foot of the canyon at all times, even if it is their job, it is very difficult to treat the public, especially when customers are unpleasant, demanding and sometimes poorly educated and I work expensive to the public and it is very difficult at times to deal with certain people. I want to emphasize that I was attended by a very kind lady who answered some doubts I had and I can say that with a good face and without any kind of disdain. As I have read in other negative reviews, I think that we have to have a bit of sanity with the situation are difficult times for everyone and more for staff who work in pharmacies, supermarkets, health centers or hospitals.
