Terrible customer service, you don't know if you're at a local street market or a jewelry store. We ordered a necklace with the personalized infinity sign 2 weeks before the day of the Kings and we were assured that it would be before the date to be able to fulfill the gift. 5 days before they call us to tell us that the necklace comes with another text and that also the one we had ordered cannot be ready for the agreed date. PAINFUL.

Very bad customer service, I wear a watch to change the battery twice and both times I had to take the watch without the battery, they tell you 10 minutes and they throw away 30 (which is a lie because they do not even try to put it on, for since it is cheap they do not want to do it) and so both times I have been. They tell you it takes 10 minutes and more than 30 minutes and they don't. Little desire to work I will not return again.
