Dry cleaning and laundry with a very friendly customer service. They offer laundry service, ironing, dry cleaning, dry cleaning. They keep winter clothes and carpets once clean. The prices are very competitive

HORRIBLE SERVICE !!!! BREAK THE CLOTHES AND DO NOT BE RESPONSIBLE !!! I wore a new blouse, recently released, because I had stained chocolate in the neck area. They checked the stain and told me it was a difficult spot and that they would do everything possible. Up to here everything is correct. The problem came when I went to pick up my blouse and it was broken !!!!!!!! They told me that they had not been and that it already came like that ... which is 100% false. Also, when they checked the stain upon receiving the garment they would have realized that it was broken if it had been, since the break is next to the stain ... I understand that they may have been mistakenly hooked, unintentionally, etc. But not taking responsibility and blaming the customer is at least a terrible service. Not to mention that I wore a pair of bone-colored pants that had turned blue when I picked it up ... My mother is a very common client of this dry cleaner and they have treated her really badly with this issue, and me too. I think that the person in charge of this business has many things to think about and has to improve the service a lot, because it is not a way to treat clients, let alone regular customers ... any service must be held responsible for the damages caused in the customer's clothes in his establishment.

I wore a white coat to clean and they gave it to me as is (hair included). It seems that its dry cleaning is "very soft" and that is why the normal dirt of the use of the coat is not removed (collars, cuffs ...). They could have warned me about this before accepting the coat. It seems that it was my fault for not wearing the garment at the end of the winter season, they told me. I asked them to pay me back for poor service and they told me that the only thing they offered me was to clean it in the same way, because if they washed it, it would be gray. Of course I refused to waste more time going back and forth to get the same result. Well, they have already lost a client for several years. Tell them that I have washed the coat at home, in my washing machine and it has been perfect, white and smelling clean! From now on I know what I have to do ...
