I went to make a duplicate of the car key. They were looking at the engine and told me they would tell me something when it was, that they were missing a pin. I've been calling and nothing. It's been 3 months. Also, touching the car changed the mileage count and put me "Error" since then. I called and the boy in a very bad way takes the responsibility off when before I went there I got the odometer and after they touched it put "error". I’ve been waiting 3 months to see if they call me or fix it and nothing. Not anymore.

If you are going to look for a key, go somewhere else, up to 7 times they made me come back with the same key. In all of them he refused to return my money. He made me a voucher to make more keys that don't work ... Also, the character of the big guy (to call him that) leaves much to be desired, in fact I have videos of everything (even how he raises his voice to my wife, how he gives me a key without looking at my face ...), But because I'm a better person than him, I don't upload them. In the end I gave up and lost my € 10, neither key nor money.

Attentive and fast service. It is the second time I have to use it and nothing hits. The first time they had to move to my home to fix the car key since it was impossible to start it.
