Material generally of excellent quality. In the case of the last order I made for a belt, it turned out that the size table on the web is either wrong or not clearly explained (as is done, for example, in the case of straps) how to measure correctly. I have had to fully assume the shipping costs for the change, which does not seem right to me since it was not my fault due to carelessness or not having taken the measure carefully. I tried to explain it to the customer service and the attention received and the service to make the subsequent change was honestly very improvable. I encourage you to check it out as I have read to other people that it has also happened; it is a pity that it makes me consider future purchases. For the rest, as I pointed out at the beginning, the material (I have tried straps, knee pads and a rope) is really very good.
