I have had an experience that in any other business in Ourense (where customer service leaves much to be desired), it would have turned into an unpleasant situation, but to my surprise it was the opposite. Product that I bought and when I checked it at home was defective or with a problem, I went quickly and the girl who attended us returned the money and at all times showed a pleasant and very positive attitude making us feel comfortable and sure that this trade has been without doubt where they have best served us recently. Without a doubt, I recommend it so much for the kindness of the seller and her advice, her patience and the time she dedicated to us and showing upset by the defect of the product that was in no case her fault, and of course I will return soon although this time not it was possible to purchase the product you wanted.
