At no time do I question the preparation of the professional who assisted me, since he seemed very competent, but I did not like the little transparency used. I called to make an appointment and ask for the price of the visit. They told me 50 euros. At the time of payment, they charged me 80 euros because they made me tests that are charged separately, without informing me of the extra cost. After the 'manual' visit and the ultrasound that I provided, the diagnosis seemed clear. But they did a study of the footprint and an X-ray to confirm the diagnosis without telling me, at any time, that it would have an extra cost. I have a private mutual and could have done these tests for free. For a podiatrist to charge an extra cost to study the footprint seems absurd to me. The X-ray was absolutely useless, because it only contributed one more test to an already clear diagnosis. It was also not conclusive because they told me that to see exactly the extent of the injury, I would have to do an MRI, but this would not change the final treatment. Conclusion I am advised by templates whose budget is more than double the budget made by another podiatrist who, moreover, did not even need specific diagnostic tests to make the same diagnosis. Luckily I made the first visit with the insurance and I didn't have to pay.
