They have taken care of me wonderfully (brunette shop assistant with light eyes). I like the variety, the good advice and the tranquility of the place. I have been able to talk with her and she has sold me what I needed, even though I was going to pick up my gift of kings. I will return, without a doubt. LOUD EXPERIENCE. As a customer in the complaint process, I want to record my absolute discontent, starting with the company policy of NOT RETURNING THE MONEY (having them the ring and money), following the NULL customer service and the bad attention of the staff that does not even agree on the explanations to the client. I have not got an email, nor speak with a person responsible enough to make a decision on my specific case. It is insulting that they are not able to serve their customers. In this case it was an alliance, possibly later there would have been another wedding ring and the wedding ring. However, its policy remains that of NOT RETURNING MONEY UNDER ANY CONCEPT. I start a tedious claims process, but what will hurt them the most is that a client so discontented with their opinion on pages like this, where the task is to make themselves known. A real shame that for a ring they stop earning much more.
