Bad attention ..... it is very sad that a company like Pronovias has such nasty people in the store. I have called to book a test and answer appointment: here we have very few dresses as you want ... in which I replied: can you give me an alternative ?; Answer: ahh I don't know here we have few dresses .... We went to buy a party dress and great staff great professionals and especially very friendly, what I did not like anything, they charge you the arrangement and not anything cheap 60 euros for a few small touches, it seems to me that in a few stores they charge the arrangements, that's why I give only one star
They promise to bring the bridal gowns that you want and that does not happen or it takes months. If you like a dress that you do not have in store, I recommend that you look elsewhere
