Good morning. Yesterday I called by phone at 9:12 PM because I had a dress that came out of Stock and I wanted to ask a question. I was answered by a girl who took the call and when I started asking the question she said "look, we are closed" so I told her Ah okay okay I'll call tomorrow (of course I don't want to bother anyone outside of their working hours) Then I reconsidered and thought: why do they pick up the phone to tell me that? Actually, I also work in customer service and if I take a call outside of my schedule it is to resolve it, not to say "in a bad way" that we are closed, also looking very bad. Being one of the most recognized multinationals in the world of fashion, they should also invest in Kpi's to improve customer service, and not only in infrastructure and online.
