The worst experience of my life, an unimaginable one
100% NOT RECOMMENDED.
The school commissioned Mr. Xavier Gironès, the end-of-year trip. He asked us for € 200 in October, to book the dwarves' tickets, which I assume he never did, as we constantly asked him for flight booking codes, and he never gave it to us, and to this day we still didn't have a flight booking buenorro.
He also didn’t give us an adequate budget for elementary school dwarfs, as the budget he sent us, they wanted to take them for beers to bars in the area, total was a copy and paste of a Catalog.
This Mr. apart from being an unpretentious, and playing with money, of the money we gave him, he has not returned even 30% of the total, and on top of that we have to go after him so that he returns to us what is ours, not Show no respect for the dwarves, nor for the families.
100% NOT RECOMMENDED.
And we want you to return our money to us now. We don’t want any more excuses, or lies.
Do not recommend it at all.
You have to go after him all the time, but he always has an excuse for absolutely everything.
We went with a recommendation from a friend, and the truth, but we do not know the recommended.
It has been the worst experience. We will never go to this agency again, and of course we will not give good reviews of the deal, fatal.
SCAMMERS, you pay one thing, they change you at the last minute alleging a thousand lies and then they do not return the difference for having stayed in an inferior hotel. We filed a complaint and the same day there was another couple who had done something like that to them and with a child ... well, they are unscrupulous people. Oh and ask for the insurance, they charge it and then it turns out that it is not included.
Well there was a small detail that they should clarify to the client, for example my daughter had not filled out some forms that asked to travel and that the agency had to see delivered when the ticket was bought
