Unbeatable care for my two cats, we sterilized the big one with them, and with a 24 hour service that we have never had to use at night but it is good that it exists in case there is any urgency.

We have waited 20 minutes for someone to ask why we have arrived. We have even told us that there is an emergency with our dog, they did not ask what the problem is and took someone who is waiting for us mega. do not respect the customer or the animal !!

I don't give it more stars because it won't let me give it a 10 !!!! Incredible how professional they are ... they have shown me that they have only cared about the dog and not only about charging ... I want to thank Dr. Reinier and his assistant Lourdes for the care received .... I recommend it 100% and I will definitely return ..
