The chapel of Sant Joan de la Maçana, also known as St. Apollonian, was the old church in the neighborhood of La Maçana. The first documentation on the site dates back to 1121, and on the church, from 1325. In 1936, it was burned down and abandoned and left unattended since then. It is a Romanesque chapel with a single nave with a semicircular apse with Lombard bands. Access to the chapel is done through a door with a semicircular arch on the south façade. On the front of the church there is only a small window and above it there are remains of a bell tower.
