Being summer .... bad time to fix the car .... they have always been very fast but this time they have been with the car for 3 weeks doing tests and it is still not fixed ..... too many cars and few mechanics .. ... they will have to wait for us!
ERVAUTO is called now. 1 and a half months the car in the workshop to change the gearbox damaged (no apparent reason) in a Renault of 2 years and a half (2 warranty) and 50,000 km ... (think carefully before buying Renault ..) . Poor service and without consideration for the client. It does not matter that you have been trusting the brand for 25 years: "This is not a village workshop, I do not give you the keys if you do not pay for the repair". In the end? € 1400 repair and the workshop did not assume any responsibility after 1 month and a half without a car. And no courtesy cars. We will never go back.
They have changed owners, is not worth anything more than to walk, arrogant.
