After more than 20 years I change. Since they have made this new place they have become more expensive and trying to strain you what you do not need. But now it is already exaggerated with both adults and children.

My experience has been very satisfactory. I have never felt so comfortable in a dental clinic. I have been in the hands of the clinic team for more than 1 year, with a set-up of my mouth with extractions, fillings, cleanings and now with implants. Highlighting my doctor Paca makes everything easier, with a delicacy and professionalism difficult to find, a 10! (Nor do I forget the girls from Reception, always so aware of everything).

I feel deceived. They called me telling me that Belén (the pediatric dentist who has been treating my 6-year-old son for years and was the only one who was able to treat him for the trauma he brought with him as a child) because he had asked for a leave of absence and that he did not know when he was going to reincorporate and It is a lie you and the luck to find her through a friend and she continues working but not in that clinic and Romeo instead of saying that she no longer works they try to tell you that she took a leave of absence so that you continue to come and not lose money. It has been very ugly for them to lie to many mothers like this and like me. But luckily I have found Belén and my children will continue to be treated by her.

Liars, unethical and nickel-minded. My son went through many dentists until I found Dr. Belèn and she saved me psychologically and my son has been treating him for years !!! When I call to make an appointment with her, they tell me that she has asked for a leave of absence for personal reasons and that her return is going to be long but that nothing happens while the other doctor attends to her !!!! All for the money !!!! And I thought and what do I do now that I don't work, who do I find ????? Well, my surprise is that he continues working but not there, nor will he return. We have the right to know that it is still active and that we can go look for it if we feel like it, but we have already decided. We are talking about children with special needs that, as in my case, thanks to her I had a solution to my problems. Do not fool any other parent !!!! with the health and psychology of the little ones, no cash is made.

I was recommended by my partner, it seemed ideal since it is next to my work. I went to have a tooth root canal, the first day I asked for hours at work, after an hour and a half there, they did nothing to me, except entertain me with contract signatures, take an X-ray (which I had and was recent) and give me a budget to fix other things that did not urge me. I got them to focus on the root canal I was hoping for pain relief, at the next appointment, I had the root canal half done, I had a temporary filling, I was given an appointment a month later to finish. Last week I called to say that I would be delayed 10 minutes due to work, to which they answered that they could not wait and I would have to make an appointment another day. Yesterday they were late with more clients, 45 minutes later they had not seen me, I had to leave since I had an appointment at 8.15, it was 8:55 they had not seen me and I was in a hurry. When I told them that their exaggerated delay was causing me a lot of inconvenience and that they would give me an appointment soon ... From the end of August until today to do a root canal does not seem professional at all. Nor that they have respect for the time and health of their clients. I have a tooth with a hole that they made me and without an immediate appointment to fix ... 👌 Great taking advantage ...
