This water mill complex is located in Coruxo,on the outskirts of Vigo., There are a series of three reconstructed water mills, inaugurated in 1997. They are located in the heart of a small but well vegetated forest. The three "muíños" are one behind the other, taking advantage of the same water channel that comes from a small stream that emanates from the Montes de Coruxo, called Regato de Carballosa.

Beautiful route to enjoy the landscape and silence. It is not easy for children.

"Set of four 18th century hydraulic mills restored in 1997 at the foot of the Carballosa rego, it is Muíño da Ponte, do Medio and da Fernancha, these are the restored ones, and about 200 meters above, at the foot of the Dam that supplies them with water, the ruins of yet another. " Beautiful place in a natural environment (although at the foot of the road), very easy to locate and with a place to park. In autumn 🍁🍂 it is very beautiful, especially after a lot of rain, since this way the stream carries more water !!! 😉 Hiking routes start from here that will take us through the parish of San Miguel de Oia, Coruxo and also Saiáns. As the only "but", just add that it is a pity that the last mill has not been restored (although it is also very cool with so much moss 😅), since at least they could have kept the roof 🙆. But otherwise ... highly recommended place to visit and learn !!! 💜 (Environment not suitable for people with reduced mobility).
