Very good beach in Castro Urdiales. Being artificial it allows you to be able to spend a whole day in it and go home without the feeling of carrying half a kilo of sand on your body. It is very large (including Ostend) and there is always room even on the busiest days.

It is called that, because during the 20th century the building that houses the Angel Garcia Basoco Musical Center was the municipal slaughterhouse. It is the area of the beach of Urdiales closest to the urban center so it is the busiest for bathers. It reaches Punta Estebanot or Punta de los Cuervos.
