I have no complaints regarding treatment or management, what makes me value my experience this way is that they allow access to the pharmacy WITHOUT A MASK. Gentlemen, we are in a global pandemic, in which, today there are more than 12 million infections and more than 550 thousand people have died around the world, we have been confined for several weeks and now all they ask us is that we wear a mask outdoors when we cannot comply with social distance, and in the interiors of public spaces ALWAYS. The pharmacy is a public space where many people enter, their obligation is to demand the use of a mask from those who access their premises. There is a greengrocer a few meters from the pharmacy that requires and does not allow access to those who do not wear a mask, you are health personnel and you know this better than I do and you do not put it into practice. Do not try to say that you are dealing with exempt people as this happens EVERY day with several people who are not asked. I spend only a few minutes at the pharmacy, so I imagine what happens during business hours ... today they treated a person with the mask on their wrist, as if it were a bracelet. You should set an example and yet those who are are those from the greengrocers, how sad!

Nor do I seek to be "railed" in an establishment but in this pharmacy they go too dry. Now there is a nearby pharmacy that has at least nice people so they will have to get their batteries.

It is not so hard to be nice to the public and here they never are. It is appreciated that now users have more pharmacies per cotolino so they do not have the need to buy in this one.

Bad service, they almost never have what you need, plus they are expensive and unfriendly. Luckily they have opened another pharmacy in Cotolino and that it has everything they lack ...

Exaggerated prices, I bought some pills that in Madrid cost me 12 euros and here they cost me almost 19 euros, and a soap that I always bought for 5 and something, and here it cost me 12 euros, what a scam, and in the end I bought them because I needed them.
