After waiting a week for them to change a piece of the button of the cistern, giving me long saying that they call me during the morning (I don't know which one) and not receiving any answer, I choose to call them for several days without getting any answer at all. after 1 week they go and tell me they are not going to come !!!! that the plumber is out, and that I also told them that it would be for him to come the following week. Some full-fledged scoundrels if they don't want to work, let them say so at first but don't make people dizzy.

They are unpresentable and rude. I went to tell them about a problem that I had and they treated me very badly and without any respect ... I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE.
