I went to the store to ask for a quote, I had to repair a kitchen tap, remove a sink and put some bathroom furniture. I was also interested in looking at a new boiler and changing the radiators. I was also looking at a sink faucet that I liked. They told me that the bathroom furniture would probably not be placed for me since I had not bought it from them and they agreed to call me to fix the kitchen faucet and have them come to my home to see the boiler possibilities that best fit. Several days passed and no one contacted me so I decided to do everything with another plumber. I would not recommend them as the professionalism they have shown has been nil. They have not been interested in doing the work, but neither has anyone contacted me to say they were not interested. It's been three weeks now.
