Conclusion, you pay for a 24-hour shipment, they commit an incident and the order is delayed and far from looking for the best solution for the customer, which would be to deliver it on the immediate delivery date they tell you to wait until Monday and that's it. Pd: I do a lot of shipments on a regular basis and, as with everything, sometimes an unforeseen event can occur and a package is delayed.
