I carried my laptop hard drive next to the stand because it had a screw past and I was not able to unscrew it without breaking the stand. They removed the screw, put me a new one and also had the kindness of not charging me anything. They were very friendly and quick in service.

I do not think it is normal for me to come to the store at 6:00 pm this closed attempt and there is nothing I look at the times and put that there will be Monday to Friday and closes at 7:30 pm and above that it is Monday now who gives me the time to and wasted on coming here

Not recommended. I brought my laptop because it had broken the connector with the power charger. What they told me would be 4 days, they were 9. And when I got home I found that the loader is an old one with a shabby joint, and that it was not mine, that it works badly. In this case the current feeder identifies well, but you never know what they do to you in these places, that you have to trust what they say. In this case I have been able to find out, but many times it is very difficult. I recommend minimally checking what you give them and what they give you back. Given the evidence of the fudge, I asked them to show me the repair bill, because they told me they repair it outside, so it's very easy to prove it to me, and neither was able to show it to me. Very careful, they are very opaque "professionals", they abuse that they think you do not know anything, and you never know if they have repaired you, or substituted something old like my case ... I can only complain.

I do not agree with the way they treat the client. The fact that most private customers accept everything they tell us in the technical service, does not mean that the client does not have the right to know what has actually been done. In many workshops, you return the replaced pieces and they show you the invoices that certify the works. Between the companies it is usually done. Not even wanting to show an invoice for a job done abroad, says a lot about the lack of transparency and respect towards the client.
