Embarrassing After a repair of more than 600e in boiler. Soon he has failed again and as I understand that he is under warranty, I have had to call him again, and it is impossible to contact him. I have called more than 30 times from different numbers and when I have managed to receive it, he has committed three times to come to the address and has never appeared. Lack of absolute professionalism. Next step, process a claim in Consumers.

Manuel is an unpresentable. Now he performs technical services at home and for sucking the dust from the refrigerator charged 70 euros and did not solve the problem. We called him again three times to come again and he always told us that tomorrow or the day after, but we are still waiting for him. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE.

It's the closest thing to a scam there is. They replaced a part of the boiler, they charged me and it still did not work. Later they did not answer my phone calls and in the end I had to contact another technician. Not only did they not have to change the part that they changed, but the problem was something else entirely different from the boiler itself. Run away from these people.
