Terrible service. Last week I was at the Ibañez de Bilbao Offices trying to link my car policies to another agent. On 902448844, two people on different calls had told me that I should do it in person at Ibañez de Bilbao 28. Before going I called 944204002 (for three days at different times), to request an email address where to send my request, but when they finally answered my call, they answered me in bad ways that it must have been in person. I show up on Thursday and they tell me that they do not attend to that kind of requests there, that it could be on the next portal but that there was no one and that they were teleworking. Even so, I went to the next door, Maphre offices, where they prevented me from entering because they had an order not to let even the mailboxes pass, in order to send my letter. The two people who attended me at the corner office Plaza del Ensanche and Ibañez de Bilbao were cold, distant, arrogant and without any interest in helping. I still don't know where to apply.

Disastrous experience. The phone is decorated. I sincerely believe that it won't sound, because nobody ever takes it. To the suggestion box that they propose through the web, they don't pay attention either. And through email they solve nothing and take weeks to answer. 8 months we take to solve a small problem. I still don't understand how Mapfre still has this franchise open.

Do not hire policies in this office when you have a problem, completely disregard. I spoke with a very rude woman who gave me disastrous attention and even got to hang up my phone.
