Superb treatment of the workshop advisor Tarik, we must highlight his professionalism. Also highlighting its high prices for a simple maintenance, 500 euros for an oil and filter change in these times seems to me a real scam. I was especially surprised by the "visual inspection of the vehicle" where they put it on the elevator and after a scant 10 minutes they charge you a whopping 72 euros. Official book service but from my point of view the price is abusive and excessive. I'm sorry but in this case the price outweighs the service and that is why I will not return.
Terrible service, disgusting attitude towards customers from the staff in the person of the master-receiver Xavier Ufano. The car was handed over for diagnostics on 03.03, having paid 782 for repairs. 71 € (2 tubes and a recirculation valve changed), the car was issued with the same error. Having returned the equipment, the car stood for another month in rem. In the zone, the workshop rolled out an invoice for the replacement of candles, candle wires and coils by an additional 2,000 € (candles, wires on the car were new and original), while the error was not fixed. After the refusal of payment in such repair, there was a call from Xavier Ufana with threats that if we do not pay the bill, we will generally receive a completely faulty car. Only after a call to Audi Spain did the threats stop. Never contact this company, it’s a loss of money, time and nerves.
Treatment received by Josep exquisite all the times that I have needed to call him, he has attended us super well and I hope and wish that he continues here because he gives you a phenomenal treatment so that anyone who has thought about buying a vehicle of this brand should not hesitate in this dealer and above all ask for Josep !!
