The whole process of buying my Mazda CX-5 was very satisfactory. The salesperson has been very professional, very technically prepared and has strictly met the delivery deadlines, very happy with his service.
Great treatment by Santi and of course Niko, excellent and above all calm when leaving the car
Overall pretty good, they are fast and have the detail of washing your car once you leave the workshop.
I don't recommend the dealer's shop at all.
I took the car to be fixed due to an accident I had and it has been in the workshop for more than 3 weeks.
During all this time I had to call and call and insist that they tell me something about the condition of my car and I was transferred from one department to another without an exact answer.
After 3 weeks by watsapp they contact me today to inform me that due to lack of a headlight it is not available in Spain they cannot tell me when I will have the car fixed :(
They did not offer me a replacement car during this time and as you can understand, I need the car to go to work etc ...
I hope they find a solution since I buy the car with them and I also do the reviews with them.
Of course they have lost a customer who will not buy anything from this dealer again and will not use the services of the workshop.
They are attentive and do the work on time, much better than other dealers (eg Land Rover)
