We have bought a dacia dokker and the deal with the commercial, David Maldonado excellent, even though everyone was confined he was always attentive, totally recommended. Thank you very much David for your patience.

Very bad experience at this dealership and its workshop managers. They treat you as a fool. They lie. They do not take over warranty repairs. I do not recommend the workshop or buying a Renault car at all.

In November 2018 I made the purchase of a new factory Dacia Dokker car at the Renault Auser Movento dealership in Mataró. After a few months, after a conversation with a friend, he explained to me about the classifications of cars, something that I didn't have much knowledge, which made me check mine. To my surprise, I discovered that my car was registered as an adaptable mixed vehicle, something that I never asked for at any time during the purchase of this. After going to claim it to the dealership, the seller said that the car was tourism, but after checking the technical sheet he admitted that it was mixed. We agreed that they would solve the issue, take charge of the change of classification and pay me the first ITV that will arrive at two years and not at 4 if it was a tourism. It has been almost 1 year and now they affirm that the manufacturer does not authorize them to make the classification change (the car can be ordered as tourism or mixed, but once requested it is no longer possible to make changes) and that the only solution they give me It is to assess my car to discount me at the price of a new one, something that for me is unfeasible. I think they should provide me with a car with the same characteristics of mine (brand, kms, year) classified as tourism or, that they return the full amount that I paid for the car (entrance + all monthly fees paid) since they have sold me a car that is not what I asked for and that hid its characteristics. On the signed sheet of the car order they put me a discount of € 135.95 but then it is not applied in the purchase invoice, that is, they did not apply it to me. Finally they were wrong to put the frame number in the contract, so it does not match that of my car. THEY ARE REALLY VERY LITTLE PROFESSIONALS AND NOTE THAT THEY DO NOT ADMIT THEIR ERROR OR HAVE INTEREST IN SOLVING IT IF THAT LEADS THEM TO AN ECONOMIC LOSS. Not counting certain actions made by the commercial that border on illegality, I do not count them for having no proof other than my word. I do not advise anyone to buy a car there.
