Very professional and reliable service. Thanks to reclamaciondevuelos I have gotten the airline to compensate me 250 euros that I saw lost ... They do a great follow-up of the case and they keep you informed. The best? That I only needed to send what they asked me in detail and I forgot to do anything until I received the money. My experience with them has been very good, really. Sometimes you despair at first because you want it to be resolved quickly and legal things ... have their time. But they have managed to bring my claim to fruition, something that I saw as impossible after more than 5 months fighting with the airline. Totally recommendable

We have sent the documentation a year ago and we are still waiting for a response ... I am very grateful for the interest they have placed in our case and although I understand that it is a long process and it is not in their hands to provide an agile solution because it is a matter for the courts, if they are pending and respond quickly. We still waiting! Hopefully the courts will resolve it soon. Thank you
