I have gone with some friends mainly to go bowling. Upon arrival I find myself with the surprise that in order to access the place you must take a photo, which they will then use to identify you and let you pass. Personally, I do not want to take a photo that will be saved on their servers and I think I should not, when I told the worker, she responded in a very edge way, with very bad manners, being curt and disrespectful, with phrases like: "I'm not here to give you explanations. " It was a really humiliating and shameful treatment by the company to its clients. She defended that system as something that they were obliged to do by law, which I doubt a lot since the image is something very protected by law and for which you have to give express consent. Obviously, we left without entering and I will not go back there as long as they maintain that system. I feel very disappointed with Pause & Play and totally cheated. For now, the law prevails over the rules of a game room.

I have seen 15-year-old girls inside the game room, through one of the doors that you only have to put an identity card without any natural person at the door you can enter, too many people attached to it in times of coronavirus, no control of the workers and especially very young boys and very young girls who I doubt were over 16 years old, that place needs to be checked and controlled, the capacity does not meet the standards in any of the aspects, without professionals responsible for the establishment, only a somewhat overwhelmed and unfriendly girl and a boy in an access control with few experiences, this place should be sealed.

It's cool for all the extra activities out there. Worrying the number of kids (18 years old) spending the euros on the machines ..

A great place to get out of the routine and spend a very pleasant time with friends. The treatment of the client by the staff seems quite good and makes me want to repeat the experience. In our case, a girl named Cristina attended us and was interested in our well-being during the time we were spending there. I will definitely repeat.
