Good morning, I want to record what happened to me. It will be 4 or 5 months, they gave me a gift of this jewelry. They gave me a rubber and silver bracelet. In that amount of time, I had to go three times because the bracelet broke. Today, I went to get it, and they charged me. I wasn’t happy because there were superglue “sticks” on all sides of the bracelet, it protruded everywhere, and I also had rust spots. The gentleman has told me that he has no guarantee because the bracelet was shattered (black from sweat and rubber for the 2nd time one detached and the other broken), I am a person to wear many bracelets and I had never come across this one situation and less than a jewelry store. When asking for claim forms, I didn’t want to give it to her, when that’s mandatory. Plus, he’s gotten on the defensive saying I’m not going to good jewelry stores and that he questioned you understanding anything on the subject. He also tells me that people don’t work “for free” and I agree with what he says, but since he gets paid, it doesn’t cost anything to do the job well. All in all, he only gave me a part of the bracelet, the silver one that has custom writing on it, he didn’t want to return the rubber to me to have “evidence” when I consider that I should have returned the entire bracelet, already who told me to go somewhere else to fix it. The second time I handed him the bracelet, he tried to warn me with a visual explanation by twisting the rubber what I shouldn’t be doing. On the other hand, he didn’t tell me he would charge me anything. Instead of reaching an agreement and gaining customer loyalty, when I was already ironically invited to leave just to wink, laugh and say I have no idea about the jewelry.
