I have no words! I was torn off by an Italian tie that was a souvenir of my husband, now recently deceased. All the colors he had were gone (I showed him a photo, drawings by Da Vinci), there were also stains that were not seen before ... I was charged with the "wash" sign that acknowledges that he has done "some what ". I am very upset. The pitcher treated him, he left me like a liar, he took me out of the dry cleaner's and told me not to come back anymore, and that if he wants me to make a claim. Which is one of the things I plan to do.

Nothing recommendable site. They charge you for doing a damage and above if you complain they kick you out of the premises. We will put the relevant claim. Nothing professional and even worse bad treatment.

I took a couple of shirts to be ironed and the man who answered me told me that I did not take them because one of them had many folds ... I was left to check but I was still more surprised to see that they had a dress hanging bridal with rhinestones, layers and many more folds than my shirt. In short, it turned out to be very unprofessional ... By the way, my shirt (white and super basic) finished ironed great in the dry cleaner's Gran Vía, where they took it without excuses and by the way very well priced.
