If this is the same store as the ETSY shop, I am giving it a 1 star for absolutely terrible communication. I bought shoes on order, was asked for my telephone number so the order could be placed, went almost a month with no reply after I emailed back with said number, yet apparently it was cancelled. I had no one bother to let me know my order was cancelled and to expect a refund which i never received... When communicating to the person about feeling a bit confused and that this is not a very good look on the company as it can appear like a scam if I am not receiving money after it was supposedly refunded. And instead of being reasonably mature about the whole situation he states if I think it’s a scam then he won’t bother talking to me. which is exactly what a scammer would say by the way. You would otherwise go, hey I’m really sorry that there has been a miscommunication somewhere, I can understand that in this day and age of internet scammers I can understand that it could appear that way, but I would truly like to help you with your issue as I know it would be frustrating and I will definitely show you that there is nothing dodgy about us at all. So GARCIA CORDERO J from ETSY selling BIOWORLD shoes, has absolutely not customer service skills whatsoever and I will highly recommend that no one buys anything from this place until they actually learn how to treat customers properly especially when it does not gain them any money.

I have loved my first purchase in this shoe store, not only because they do not use animal skin, but also because they have sandals of my number, which I cannot find in Spanish brands, only abroad. My feet now look nice, comfortable, free from suffering and they breathe wonderfully.

I love these shoes, vegan, very comfortable and also handmade. I made two requests and they both arrived earlier than I expected, I wrote several times to ask questions and they always answered me quickly and kindly. I recommend them 100%
