This has been a great nightmare since the booking was not logged on the destination Bungalows Park and the reservation wasn't what I meant. Nobody from Pitchup has ever contacted me after my desperate calls and email. In summary, the cheapest customer service. Just a brilliant turnover on Mr Amir who is genius multitasking staff who did everything to smooth my staying.
Good location to beach and park, all necessities for family camping, friendly staff. Quite noisy from busy roads from both sides of the camping
All fake representation. Do not trust no one to help.no Wi-Fi.old and discusting blanket ,beds. Waste of money.1×1feet shower.all water in 3×3 feet bath room.no hot water at night.no public transport.taxi with them riping off .no toiletries. No reception always close and after 6 forget it ..no refund. We left early only stayed 2 nights.4 nights money wasted. Scarey inside with mosquitos and other insects.....honestly expedia and this place let us down badley....
The facilities are clean. The Behavior was friendly and family... we enjoyed too much our experence...
