After a while another person called me to tell me that since it was their fault that I did not have to pay the return freight, but that I could not claim the amount of the damaged items because it was my fault. They were? I want to emphasize that I have made many shipments of this type of product with other courier companies and I have never had a problem. This time I counted on their services because they had been recommended to me. It seemed to me a total lack of professionalism, both for the treatment of the merchandise, and for the treatment received when trying to solve the problem. I will certainly not have your services again.

Bad service, I feel that I have been cheated ... I request that they tell me if they will bring me the shipment tomorrow or afternoon, they do not know, throughout the day, until 8 at night, they can bring it. I call at 6, to find out ... the shipment has not yet arrived ..., the shipment is in the office they tell me ..., it does not arrive that day, the next day, you do not know what time ... ... meanwhile, the customer waiting ... really ... does not compensate ...
