A great space to practice yoga. They have a group of pregnant women, fantastic to prepare physically and mentally, and also of mothers with babies.

Eva Alandes of Espai Simala is a wonderful person. I was accompanied and supported at all levels during my pregnancy and I am convinced that without it the process would have been totally different. Thanks to her I experienced a happy and full pregnancy. Eva always works from Love and Generosity, and that is perceived in the good energy she transmits. I have recommended it to all future moms I know and will continue to do so.

Yoga center where yoga classes for pregnant Yoga-Meditation ..... ..... for the kids are given a place to disconnect from when you walk outside where relaxation is essential ..... I am delighted belonging to Espai Simala .... 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽❤❤❤
