THEY ATTEND WITHOUT A MASK !! I deal with horrible, embarrassing and hygienically sloppy customers. On the phone he hesitates you with phrases of the type "I can't understand you better if you don't explain yourself well", despite this, he would attend me in the store DEMANDING that it be from 16:00 to 18:00. I arrived first than another client, he asked me what I needed and he put me aside to attend to another client who came in BEHIND me. Thanks to this, I was able to observe the lack of professionalism and poor treatment of the public. He dispatched him in very bad manners and not even an alternative gave him when he didn't have what he was looking for. Very rude education of the clerk. I went to find if they had a key for an old lock, but they did not have, I asked if there was any way to find a key and his response was: "As long as you don't make it for yourself." Very rude, I don't think I'll be back.
