Although the advertisement said it was open from 11am to 1pm on the first Sunday of the month, our surprise, and that of the rest of the people who were expected, was that it was closed. After contacting the council they were unable to answer us as to why it was closed. So we couldn't visit him. Honestly, a little disappointed.
