Yurtas Pepita

We had a beautiful long weekend away with Yurtas Pepita! The location is stunning, great for hiking, biking, and finding fuentes, waterfalls and rivers. Anne-Marie and Dave are fantastic hosts, not intrusive but always available. She made a great recommendation for Sunday paella in Chella which we loved! Yurts and were spacious, homely and immaculate, we loved the semi-outdoor shower! We can’t wait to come back soon.

Great place to stay: Ann Marie is the perfect hostess. The location is off the beaten track and very eco friendly. Swimming pool and fire pit. The yurts are amazing! Really nicely decorated, comfortable bed and all the facilities you need. Lovely to wake up in, in the morning. Nearby are a series of towns that are linked by walking routes suitable fr all ages and abilities. Yurts are reasonably priced and really worth a visit. Open all the year round. Recomended.

Fabulous experience, a great place to get away from it all and relax. Dave and Ann Marie went above and beyond with their hospitality. The yurts are beautiful as is the site with stunning views of the gorge. You feel like you are far away from everything but yet it is only a 10 minute walk to the nearest village. We will definitely be back. Guy and Katie.

We very much enjoyed our short break in La Canal de Navarrés staying at Yurtas Pepita. Such a relaxed atmosphere in the little yurt village, and our yurt was just gorgeous. Loved stargazing, morning dips (and later too!) in their pool and it's well placed for exploring the area. Many thanks to the owners for helping to make our stay so enjoyable!

If you're looking for a peaceful haven then this the place to be...so relaxing, beautiful views, somewhere to find yourself beyond the stresses of today's fast living, you can't fail to unwind here and the owners are so amenable what more could anyone want? I stayed there in August 2019 so almost guaranteed beautiful weather, it was 35 degrees by 08:30 so a dip in the pool was needed to start the day off! I found the best way from the UK was to fly to Alicante and hire a car for the 1 hour 30 min or so drive. In fact it was so easy to find, I used the local Drivalia car hire company as when you leave the car park you just turn right and follow the road signs, really simple! A car really is needed to be able to travel around the locale and see some interesting places....wonderful!! This is surely a truly unique place to stay, the yurts are a fabulous way to glamp which doesn't detract too much from the camping holiday we all used to do years ago, especially as there is a shared kitchen area as well as a dedicated barbeque area as fires are a definite no no in this very arid land. I must mention though that this is a place for adults only which was the main reason to choose for myself, somewhere to totally relax without having to worry about children's safety as there is quite a steep ravine beyond the viewing area. The viewing area at night is something special too, star gazing was at the top of my list and sitting on a comfy couch certainly adds a very decadent touch amongst the solar lights....a truly awesome once in a lifetime experience. Love it.
