I have been going for a year since I have cervical problems and I always come out as new, apart from his postural advice and exercises to apply on a day-to-day basis. Esther is a professional at the level of knowledge, as personal treatment and the confidence that she gives you. The Pilates classes that are given in the same center are characterized by continuous attention and the search for maximum performance in each session. I'm very grateful! I recommend it 100% !!
