Qualified professionals (physical therapists specialized in osteopathy and sports practices such as pilates, hypopressives, yoga ...). I have felt in excellent hands when I have had any physical ailment. The classes are very pleasant and easy to follow, they adapt to the individual characteristics and make you feel one more.
