The organization of the site is terrible. Previous appointments are useless because when you arrive there is no one to notify you. In fact, the only thing the policeman at the reception says is "let's organize ourselves." Very good 👌 Look at the queue that has formed thanks to the appointments that are not kept:

Shameful what just happened to me, it seems that the DNI made in 2016 and 2017 are causing problems with the chip when renewing the certificate. I have approached the police station to see what the solution was and the policeman at the door has kindly told me that it will surely be to make a new ID. The policeman at the door told me come in and see if the officials inside give you a solution, well I went into the room and there were two officials and no people, I stay at the door and the officer tells me to come in and I expose my need and he tells me that he could NOT solve it because his shift ends at 5:00 p.m., it was 4:40 p.m., there were still 20 minutes left and there was no one, on top of that he began to scream that he was in there when he could not be without an appointment, I have asked him very kindly if he could solve my problem and nothing that could not, the problem was the chip of the DNIs of the year 2016 and 2017 and that I had to make an appointment and make a new ID. Well, I have not left because I would work the shift even when there were more than 20 minutes left, I did not want to solve the problem that is not mine, it is theirs. By the way the policeman at the door a 10, for the kind and respectful treatment he has had.

You call on the phone and nobody picks it up, after 10 calls trying to get lucky, they pick up the phone and hang up on me ... This is how our police act in Valencia, incredible but true ...

I really liked how they have treated me. Very friendly both the policeman who organized the shifts of the ID and the staff that has provided me with the new one.
