The level of slowness and incompetence is staggering. We have been married there for two months and we still do not have the family book. They serve two mornings a week where you have to call at least half a dozen times to get the phone picked up. They tell you see that I have it prepared and it is a lie because when you arrive they start looking for the book and so on for 2 months .... Amazed that a public service is so NEFASTO. Citizens deserve better for their taxes.

They don't pick up the phone, when after a few days calling they pick it up they tell you to send your ID by email to make the certificate and then they don't even answer the email. They do not have afternoon hours and when you show up there a 1 hour queue, because they are not fast, they also see someone in the queue they know and sneak him in without asking. In short, for workers like that, officials have that fame.

Nefarious and slow service, because of them it was my turn to postpone the trial twice. It is incredible that they give such a bad service, if you have problems with judgments and it is your turn to the Court of Peace of Náquera you are lost.

Fatal. Very old staff and nothing professional. Super slow. I went to pick up a notification for a trial I had the next day and they didn't find it and that they called me to pick it up. They had to postpone the trial for lack of notification. I would like to make a complaint but the woman who neglected me told me to go to the town hall to complain. That awful. I am indignant.
