The bakery / patisserie is wonderful in terms of quality but the service from the staff is second to none. They make a fantastic team, tireless workers and very competitive. We are delighted that they opened Asua Berri in our neighborhood and more with this staff. Congratulations to all who make such a wonderful job possible!

Nefarious attitude and performance of the assistants on the afternoon shift of ASUA BERRI Artaza on 1/22, who, without being professional and educated at all, attend to the first who sneaks in without attending to the one who has been waiting for a long time and keeping their distances A shame of care and rude disrespecting the client who was really doing things well I put a star because the system does not let me put zero I WILL NEVER GO AGAIN TO BE HUMBLED AND I WILL RECOMMEND THEM NOTHING
