It's great fast service
In order not to return, the treatment by the mechanic who treated me was very bad and his diadnostic was wrong. They charged me € 150 for the “diagnosis” and they made me a budget of one money for a turbo change, when in another workshop they looked at me what really failed and repaired me for less than they charged me for the “diagnosis”
In the end it turned out to be the clogged exhaust pipe.
Of course, the lesson of throwing balls out is well learned.
At least the receptionist was friendly.
Not to repeat. I chose Berasategui recommended by my insurance. It turns out that when I arrive and am delivering my car, I hear the comment in reception that the cars that are not from the house "we pass". I leave the car and they tell me that they will call when the car is finished. After 2 and a half weeks I have to call asking about the car due to the delay; and it turns out that the car is to pick up. CASUALITY ... I return to pick up my car and they give it to me as if they had done a car wash, without explanations. By the way! They did not clean my car inside. Normally in other bodies when they paint the entire car, they usually return it quite clean. WRONG...
A workshop where you feel at home. Professionalism and absolute attention. We live in San Sebastian but we go to Bilbao to make revisions of our fleet of vehicles.
