I will comment on what has happened to me with these gentlemen. I can demonstrate through wasapt the whole conversation. Because he was not ashamed to call on the phone only when he saw the wrong thing, he called me. I fit a new car. The finance company pays for the car its amount as new that we adjust. The financier calls me to specify what car it was and gives me the license plate. When he gives me the license plate I see that it was LBZ and he looked at it was from October 19. The salesperson never told me it was a registered car. Very bad done. They cannot play with people like that, with work that costs to earn money and more in these times. Well I try to fix it. And the commercial does not come for reasons of any kind. He wanted nothing more than to send me the car. I say again that everything is written by wasapt. I tell him that car has already lost an appraised value for everything. And above all, the central has not yet returned the money to the finance company. Now, since they don't fix it, I'm going to put it in court. And I'm going to get in touch with the headquarters for whatever it takes. Be careful with these characters. They cannot be fooling people.

I have been maintaining the two cars that I have had in this workshop for many years, and I have always been satisfied, not only by the treatment but by their professionalism. And this has a price, gentlemen, let's not pretend that the price of an official workshop is equal to or less than the typical neighborhood workshop ... it is a matter of priorities, if you want quality and a guarantee you have to pay for it. Welcome to the real world.

My experience has been terrible. I took the vehicle home, thinking they would find the problem and, after a first assessment, they decided to change the battery (€ 124.00). The vehicle continued to give me problems, and this time they concluded that they had to replace the thermostat, the water temperature sensor and various other things (€ 313.40). When I took it for the third time I was told that the cylinder head gasket was broken and had to be replaced, which would cost about € 1,200.00. Approx. Conclusion, I have been changing things without having any idea what the problem was with my vehicle. Some SINVERGUENZAS.
